Our Kombucha Probiotics powder provides the known health benefits of both tea and natural fermentation in easy-to-use sachets. Kombucha is a naturally fermented product known to combine the health benefits of tea and pro-biotics. From Prof. Chen’s research there are 5 types of probiotics that are important for good health. They are Acetic Acid Bacteria (Acetobacter), Lactic Acid Bacteria, Yeast, Natto Bacteria (Bacillus subtilis) and Red Yeast Rice (Monascus purpureus).
